Problems on both computer since patch

Ever since I have downloaded the patch I have been having problems on both of my computers. I sometimes get no server list when I first log in and I will have to escape 3-4 times and retype in my password just to get the server list to show up. When I am finally in the game whenever I zone the game will freeze up and I will have to Ctrl+shift+esc to close the game and this is happening on my laptop and my desktop ever since I have downloaded the patch. I've even done a fresh install of the game and patch and I still seem to be having the same issue. This hasn't happened in the past with any other patches and it seems to be happening on both computers.

Have you tried reinstalling windows?

It's already a fresh install of windows 10 with all the updates. EQ and HoTS are the only things I have put on the computer since December.
