Skinned Halfling Face Mask

My question regards the Skinned Halfling Face Mask from the Reagent Symbol of Innoruuk quest line, how long does the illusion last? I've heard it lasts as little as 3 minutes whereas the same enchanter illusion would last 30+ minutes. Is this clickie's effects level-dependent? If so, how long does it last at 60? Thank you!

Did the quest at around level 24 on my shaman, at that level the illusion lasted less than 5 minutes

3 minutes no matter what level you are. Casts as a level 1 illusion.

You MUST wear it to use it... so only humans, dark elves and trolls can wear it, and only clerics and shamen.
