I was looking to post a question but the thread is closed, closed threads are so annoying and add confusion as to where to a post about a topic that already exists but can't add to it...

I'm having the same issue as Panna, she posted a screenshot of the exact issue I'm having, but a closed thread gets no answers, any ideas on this fix?

Open EQUI_PlayerWindow.xml in a editor (I use notepad++) and search for "<EQType>2</EQType>" and "<EQType>4</EQType>" without the "" then modify or remove what you do and don't want.

If you still cant get it working, as I know if the file is not correctly editted the ui wont even load. Feel free to upload the EQUI_PlayerWindow.xml and i'll remove those for you.

About Surname,. I don't think it can be removed, but you may be able to make the vertical size of that element smaller to effectively 'hide' it.
