We have all read every single word of that currently 66 page monster. We have heard both sides of the case. Let's take it to a vote as to who is right and who is a nerd.

Cyren might of been partially right but may of gotten a bit emotional and made some Cyren not like threats which led Gongshow to make him take a break

Also Rettiwalk wasnt punished which was the wrong thing to do.

All in all could of been handled better, hopefully Empire leadership learned from this.

Someone generally well liked felt slighted and probably overreacted. Conflict resolution and crisis management isn't really what people like having to deal with when playing video games and that often leads to issues getting sorta blown off and/or minimized.
