Anyone have any suggestions on the best mobs to kill for this spell? Alla lists Ry'gore and Ulthork. Can anyone confirm?

I was camping HEBs in the cave and received many ench and mage lvl 34 spells - try there but the better advice is to buy it.

Might sound basic, but check vendors (OT, Thurg). I've gotten 3-4 that way.

I guess I am looking for some insight into the type of mobs that drop the spell. I will definitely jump on it I see if for sell in EC, but would also be willing to do some grinding for it as well.

This is a spell you can get to drop in a night or 2 (depending on your luck) of clearing the library (floor2) in the Tofs

Can confirm that it drops in ToFS. Got it on 4th a few months ago.
