Is there a list of where evil friendly vendors are located?

ATM, I'm particularly interested in OOT.

If you can sneak (not hide) then any vendor should be available...which is useful for iksar monks and the like.

Alternatively if you spend a LOT of time in a zone where you need to sell and can't, consider a mule on the same account (for fast switching) and bag drop to/from it. When you're done, get a friend (not "a friend") to help out with a plat transfer to your main.

Not a perfect system but really helped me and a friend on red when we were killing named sisters.

This guide by Sesserdrix has a section with a list of vendors that sell to Iksar necros (some may require skellie form). I've also found a few vendors I can sell to that aren't on the list, so sometimes it's trial and error.
