Mistakes happen

If people are zoning they might miss an LNS call
just log on? ooc off? ooc window scrolled up? not in TS?

there is no way that a one time player kill should result in a suspension ON A PVP SERVER.
But this happens time and time again.....

the way it is now it is just one big petition quest / lawyer quest

for excessive griefing / corpse camping I can see why we might want to keep it

The hell is the guy who is responsible for the LNS policy being designed by Derubael in the first place suggesting making changes?

One thing that will never happen are rules being put in or taken out that make a server more hardcore. It only goes one way. Once you take a step towards blue that is a step away from red that you will never get back.

There will never be any item loot, exp penalty on death, or in this case removal of LNS on this server.

The GMs would never make a change that may intimidate a player off the server but have no problem making changes that would piss off someone wishing to grief easier.

I get you are saying sometimes mistakes are made and people are wrongfully suspended/banned but that doesn't change the fact that a removal of LnS would intimidate some players from playing or joining the current server.

you threw rexx's body in the water and wouldnt help him leaving him to rot. he started playing less after this and then quit.

he was trying to play again after a long layoff. half the server can corroborate this grief.
