Default Bind point error

I had travelled over to FV the other day and gotten a bind when I got there. While grinding in LOIO I died and when I re-popped I found myself in High Keep, which is where I was bound before I got a bind in FV. A guildie told me there had been a server crash and it looked like some bind points got messed up because they had the same issue. I tried to travel back over there but was killed again so now I am down like 40pp and 20% of a level trying to get back to where I should have been in the first place. I really don't want to drain my feeble bank account and de-level trying to get my corpse back. Please help...

Character name is Meanus on Blue, 29 warrior currently stuck in High Keep.

Did you bind at the docks? The wiki says that's the only place that works
