Just don't pay the price. It's only worth as much as people will pay. Yeah it sucked to see torpor go from 90-100k to 200k and shaman tear from 30k to 60-100k - but the prices will only stay that high if people agree to pay it.

Supply and demand.

It's sad that people over inflate shaman items and spells to the degree that they do.

When I started my shaman on this server, I also felt everyone lives off shamans, making our class defining tools extremely expensive.

It sucks, but it makes sense: supply and demand.

Many people have a 60 shaman compared to Live, where the class was not very popular. By the time people realized shamans were more than buffbots and could slow and torpor, they were too invested in their first toon.

Low supply of torpor, low supply of child's tears from Fear since revamp = prices going up. Fair or not, this makes sense.
