Default Windows [10] - Application Error

I'm trying to get Project1999 setup on a virtual machine running Windows 10. The error that I get is
Quote:
"The instruction at 0x00000000002D8F0CE referenced memory at 0x0000000000FFFFFC. The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program"
I followed the guide here on the forums and also watched https://youtu.be/Oeos1MUDjeE on YouTube. I also have tried the Linux method using the guide on these forums as well to no avail (that issue was different and I posted about it here: http://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=212710 .

I think I'm just getting bad luck or not doing something correct in the process of getting this setup. My Linux setup is Linux Mint 17.2 and I have a Windows 10 VM (as I mentioned above). I have no real preference in running Project1999 on either system but I figured I would focus on Windows since that's what I used back in the day to play EverQuest.

This has been fixed using the solution to modify the eqclient.ini file in this thread: http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=212710
Quote:
VertexShaders=FALSE
VideoMode=4 and
WindowedModeXOffset=0
WindowedModeYOffset=0
WindowedMode=TRUE
... Additional edit -- I set VertexShaders to TRUE and that also works and fixed a character graphics bug as well.
