Issues with DynamicZoneList in Wiki

The Special:DynamicZoneList wiki page is responsible for generating the lists of quests, mobs, and items that you see in zone wiki pages.

On many pages, it works just fine. See, eg, http://wiki.project1999.com/Special:...Kurn%27s_Tower

However, on some pages, it seems like it only loads the names and not any of the additional information. See, eg, http://wiki.project1999.com/Special:...t/Plane_of_Sky

Is the cause of this issue known? Alternately, is the source code for the wiki available somewhere where I could look into the issue myself?
