Broken Textures

First off, I'm terribly sorry if this is in the wrong subforum, but I couldn't exactly find one for help with the client.

I'm new to everquest in general, so if this is an easy fix, again, I am sorry. I hate to bother people, but I've spent the last two hours attempting to fix this with no solution found.

Today, I decided to mess around with the settings a bit to up my resolution and textures and whatnot, and attempted to go fullscreen. This caused my game to crash endlessly on start up. I looked around for a solution, and tried out WinEQ. This solved my endless crashing problem...but it brought a new problem.

I've search online for a good few hours looking for anyone with the same problem, but I can't seem to find a solution. I've reinstalled the game following p1999 instructions about 4 times now hoping something would miraculously be fixed, but as you can see, I've made no progress. I've tried reverting my settings also, which hasn't fixed it either. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I would love to continue playing, but I can't exactly play like this.
