Default Setting up Kill Ping

I recently downloaded a program called, "Kill Ping" in an attempt to battle packet loss and a shit internet connection. It's asking for a "launcher" file and a "main module" file. I'm assuming the eqgame.exe file with the modified "patchme" is the launcher file but I'm not certain what the main module file might be. Does anyone have any experience with this program or have any insight that might be useful? Thanks for your time.

I tried one of those programs for League of Legends... they're very limited in improving your ping, or the two I tried were at least.

If you get it working, definitely feed back on how much it improves by - would be handy for everyone [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

It's just a dressed-up VPN service.

Highly doubt it will help your ping, unless you're getting over 200ms.

How could a VPN even theoretically improve ping? I'm not doubting you that that's their claim, it looks like that's what they're advertising from their website. Just seems pretty dubious.

There isn't anything the product you are talking about possibly does that will improve your "ping", don't use it... Almost certainly malware if they are claiming to improve your "ping"....
