Crash to desktop - NRO

Greetings -

I'm running Vista and have been playing for smoothly for weeks . This morning, I tried porting into N Ro and game crashed to desktop. I logged back in and reached character select (indicated my wiz was in NRo), but when I try to enter game, it crashes to desktop upon loading. I ran as second toon into N Ro - same issue - he's now stuck in NRo and can't get out of character select.

I logged a third toon in and it can move from zone to zone normally (I didn't try to enter NRo with that one).

Can anyone please offer any suggestions about why multiple toons would crash upon entering a specific zone?

Is anyone else having this issue, or had it in the past?
