Default Innoruuk - Missing/Wrong Mechanics

The version of Inny from Hate 1.5 should exist between the Planar Revamp (March 2001) and the Hate B Revamp (March 2003)

So evidence between Mar 2001 and Mar 2003 is relevant to our server. These are the changes that it looks like need to be made to our version of Innoruuk:

Innoruuk should NOT Death Touch - (Currently he does)

Innoruuk should frequently Rampage - (Currently does not)

Innoruuk should max hit around 450-600~ (In line with Cazic Thule's max hit) - *Currently his P99 max is around 401, with 201 max under defensive.)

Innoruuk should frequently dispell the tank with Pillage Enchant (sounds like off a melee hit, think Phinigel) -- This I think needs more evidence, just 1 post about this but it would

We had a 60 SK tank him just fine. Try to not use celestial Elixir as a heal because it has the off chance of getting debuffed thanks to his Gflux effect.

Not sure if Inny counts as an Undead mob, but our clerics were too busy healing MT/Rampage tanks to really have a shot at nuking, and since we didn't have any Paladins up there...

With defensive warrior, hits are very weak, about 100 or less on average. Chose a defensive warrior to tank if you can.

Can be slowed, but hard. Standard debuff plan: tash, malo, malised, occlusion - then slow.
Fight him in a small room to reduce effect of knockback and grav flux.

He sees invis, rest of 2nd floor mobs don't see invis. Should be quite easy to single pull him. He corpse camps for abouit 15 mins if you doing a cr. So just let him go back to his spot. Don't fight him in his bind spot, CR = **** then.

With guild of 30, average lvl 55, average gear, took about 20 mins to drop him.
