Arrow IP Temporarily Blocked - Want +2 Computers on 1 IP address

Is there any chance that they will allow more than 1 computer on 1 IP address?? I want to play the game with my son, who's on the same network, but can't due to the limitations of only 1 computer on the same (external) IP address.

Any thoughts on this being addressed?? I know I'm not the only one with this issue.

/sigh

Can I play with my roommate/family member? It says there is only one account per IP allowed.
You certainly can. Just make a thread in the petition/bug subforum stating who you want to play with and other relevant information. Just be aware that if you're caught 2boxing or otherwise controlling both accounts at once, it will result in an immediate ban of both accounts.

lol. wrote all this before you added the rest haha

they will allow it, but it may take some time. make a post in the petition section (it's further down, look for "server issues" and i think it's the second or third) giving the two logins you want the exemption for. they do them in big batches so it probably won't be right away unless you're lucky. you just aren't allowed to play two characters at once by yourself--two boxing is against the rules.

on another note/for future reference, use the search tool. it can save you from having to post something that's already been asked before. gl!

no problem. yes I /sighed but that's because we get at least one of these a day lately including those posted by trolls. after I posted the /sigh I looked at it and determined that since I was posting anyway I might as well help you out with the correct info. I personally hate it when i get sarcastic answers to my newb questions.

Once you petition how do you know you have been ok'd? Do you just keep trying to get on with the other account? New at this and slightly confused...Thanks for any answers!

They won't tell you. You find out when you can log on with both computers.
