Has anyone got the First Brood Talisman to drop?

I've killed Harla Dar on beta and never got the talisman, and killed it today and did not get one. We've also killed Klandi every week and not seen it drop.

Am i having bad luck or is it not dropping right now?

If it was dropping in Feb 2001 it should be.

I think only the Jan 2001 patch has been implemented here so far.
