...are you serious bro? Hit the forum button and just look at the fucking forum names.

Had you literally just looked down (you can see server chat and the petition forum on the same page) ~10 inches you would notice a forum named "Petitions / Exploits".

Intuitively, one may post petitions there. I don't know though.
