Miscellaneous: Sleeper's Tomb Key should not be soulbound

I believe that currently the key is soulbound; it reappears on you when you die. This is not classic. Sleeper's Key was made Soulbound 3/19/2002.

Yikes to non-Empire red guilds that ever attempt to enter Sleeper's Tomb. Might have to get GM assistance for corpses.

Non-Empire guilds will never kill the first brood because Empire is 60% of the server population.
