Default Can't change character's face

For some reason, I can't change my character's face one ONE character specifically. I can do it on every other character. Is there some kind of bug i can fix?

This is not a classic feature, and probably isn't even supported in-game meaning that even though you see changes being made, after zoning or logging out, they revert back to their previous settings. No other players saw any changes to your character. Just like hiding your helm.

I can't help you with this.

Maybe I can make you laugh, though.

Yeah, we're lucky that we even get to have this extremely unclassic feature (pending nerfage).

i've had people take screen shots after faces have been changed so it does work. i just don't get why it doesn't work for ONE specific character.

It definitely does work, not sure what issue OP is having, maybe it's a race thing? Only char I have tried/succeeded on was my iksar

Nope, not a race thing. I've done it on the same char before but it recently stopped working. Works on every other character though ( same race)
