Merchants: Unfinished Lute Neck

Pardon me if I missed something, but I believe Sequea Erthinon in Surefall Glade is supposed to sell the unfinished lute neck for the Custom Naliedin Lute quest.

Edit: The unfinished lute body is not on Ghul Rusten in South Qeynos, either.

Alla link says it was from Ykesha, so no, its not supposed to be there.

Oops, my bad, missed that in my noobishness - in that case, the issue is that Naliedin is giving the quest.
