Necro solo - Elder Beads

So. I am aware of the giant circus sorrounding that camp atm, but I'm just curious at what lvl it can be solo'd.

I'm currently lvl 44 with decent gear. Should I be able to solo the cave? Wiki states the mobs to be lvl 38.

probably not. there's like 10 in the cave I doubt you can DPS fast enough before another one pops and aggros you.
