no "connection to the internet" WIN10 error

so i was running win8,1 everything was working perfect.
then i desided to upgrade to win10.. boom!

internet is working.. i can go online (im writing this post..)
but... when i enter my login/pw.. it waits like 5sec.. then pops up and tells me that i have no connection... maybe server schduled to be down etc...

then i tried my blizzard launcher.. same problem.. - want to continue offline?
even 1 website with a forum i visit alot.. it wont load.. (i tested this on my phone.. works fine)

So im no tech man here... but is it a firewall/defender problem i have - or whats up?
