Quest Issue: Kyenka - Living Dragons Quest

Conned Amiable, turned in both Greater and Great Dragon Heads, did not yield any reward and would not respond to text triggers either.

Other quests in the area work at Amiable faction just fine. Does this quest require higher than amiable? In my limited research I've been unable to verify a minimum faction required for this turnin.

I would think if faction were insufficient he would respond with a message about not having sufficient faction, but currently he responds to no hails or text triggers.

Weird that his hails didn't work for you. It's currently set for warmly for hails and turn ins.

You sure you were standing close enough for the hail?

I was within melee range. I was being very cautious so as to not aggro Tormax's guard but I believe I should've been in range for hails. Was close enough to melee or open trade window. Was pretty near the wall directly behind him.

Okay on the head turn ins. I just found it odd I could turn in a few other quests in the area at amiable no problem and this guy ate them at amiable with no response. Couldn't find any mention on allakhazam on min faction for this one so I assumed it was similar to the others. Kind of guessed those heads are pseudo faction quests like most of the other trash head turnin quests of Velious with some item rewards built in rather than high faction item reward quests. I may poke around on live and see what my factions at and whether he talks to me.

Turned 2 heads in at max ally and got the rewards.

From recollection I think the Dragon Heads etc required Ally faction, not positive though.
