Vindi is supposed to have:
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=5509 Factions Increased: Claws of Veeshan +50 Factions Decreased: King Tormax -25 Kromzek -100 Kromrif -25 but seems to have: http://wiki.project1999.com/Derakor_the_Vindicator Factions King Tormax (-30) Kromrif (-30) Kromzek (-30) Opposing Factions Claws of Veeshan (10) so he should have higher faction hits then he has today

I did some research on this as well, and people on Allakahzam and Monkly Business were reporting how simply hitting Derakor / Tormax / Statue in one night could take someone from scowl to amiable+.

I was told by a developer that they are using faction values from Live EQ - so log in and go kill a mob in Kael on live and whatever that number is is what they give on P99.
