Miscellaneous: Velious Armor Graphics

On the beta server all the velious textures are accurate, but when on the blue server none of the velious textures are showing through. Looking for solutions to resolve this.

I find it odd that beta shows the velious armors working just fine based on the certain armor but on blue, the velious armor graphics are not showing for some reason.

I tested with Ry'Gorr armor.

Could this be a server side issue?
