Lag in Kunark Zones on new account

I am noticing weird lag (mini .5 second feezes) occurring in certain Kunark zones (so far WW, Kurns, FoB) on a brand new character & account of mine.

I've never noticed this before on other accounts in the same zones.

It happens frequently (few every 20-30 seconds sometimes).

might just be people zoning in, in which case there are many threads about it

long story short it may be due to the speed of your hard drive

Update:
Moved zones on this character to old world and it still seems to be happening.
This doesn't occur (and never has) on my other accounts.

This seems to only occur on my barbarian. It doesn't occur on my other accounts or on this account on different characters.
