Raising The dead Faction

I was wondering if anyone would have any advice for raising this faction ( neriak necro guild) im trying to raise it with a 38 iksar necro so i can buy spells there

Skeleton form doesn't raise it enough for iksar necros to buy spells / train there, iirc

Just buy some gems, drop transfer them to a level 1 dark elf necro, buy spells, transfer back.

Bonus points if you have friends.
