cannot log in

I seem to have a problem logging in on my second computer. I am running win xp and when it gets to load p99 I get message- eqgame.exe has encountered a problem and needs to shut down-. I copied the eq from my comp running win 7 and it works fine on win 7 but it will not run on xp. any suggestions??
