Quest Issue: Lumi Stergnon

Lumi Stergnon offers no dialogue when hailed, making some of his quests impossible to complete.

Looking at old patch notes, the only thing that I saw was a rather old reference to him being "over of his laryngitis now." He seems to have gone into remission.

This seems to be happening regardless of faction (amiable and higher).

One of his quests "skeleton killing" was changed so that it could not be completed by characters without the requisite faction. Perhaps this change broke all of his quests.

There was possibly a quest issue with Lumi prior to Saturday. If you lost an item to him and believe you did the quest correctly, make a petition/reimbursement thread with specifics.

He is working in game now.
