Crashing in EC

So this crash only seems to happen when I'm in EC, but this is the second re-occurance.

I zone into EC and start running, this time I made it a good halfway through the zone and the last time it happened right after i zoned in. Both times I had been logged in for awhile with no problems. Then all of a sudden I lock up, have to ctrl alt del and end task on eq, wait for the server to re-sync and then log back in. Same thing happens sometimes 2 seconds sometimes 5 seconds, maybe 8 seconds if i really do good, but thats about all i last before I lock up again. Last time i had typed up a post and then tried one last time and I didn't freeze up so didn't end up posting it. I haven't had any problems since, and I'm in EC all the time so I don't really know what could be causing this. I also tried resetting my computer. Doesn't change anything.

I use Titanium box with Radeon 5770 HD video card
6 gigs ram and AMD Phenom II quad core processor 3.4GHz
Windows 7 OS


Thanks for any help on the issue. It makes the game unplayable and I don't know what to do right now to get it to work.
