Miscellaneous: incorrect faction

The Aqua goblins at the spires in OOT loc(2000,-1000) have the incorrect factions associated with them

They should have:
Factions raised:
Emerald Warrior
Gemchoppers
Storm Guard

Factions lowered:
Riptide Goblin

I can attest to this as it is where Kierra did all of her faction work to get in good with the faydark and Kelethin guards. Back in 1999
