Default Tooltips disappeared
Logged in today, and tooltips have disappeared. I haven't done anything different, just logged in as usual.

Is there a known cause for this? More importantly, is there a known fix? Thanks for any help.

its a known issue when you dont restart your computer in a long time... try that
