I'm trying to zone my level 1 rogue in to collect a DELF mask and I'm receiving the "You are not yet experienced enough to pass through an inter-planar portal" message. I can zone in just fine on my 60 and my friend on his 29.

I've tried replacing zone files and launching it from another computer, both no bueno.

This leads me to believe maybe the zone has a level check on it in error?
