Default Birthplace of halfling paladin
The area that new halfling paladin started is Tutorial Zone. Can't do anything here but log out. I miss RiverVale so much.

That's because in Classic Kunark and Velious Halfling paladins do not exist

Since I'm bored...

What other classes were added to existing races later on that weren't in classic?

I can think of a couple:

Halfling - Ranger
Halfling - Paladin
Barbarian/Ogre/Troll - Beastlord
Barbarian/Dwarf/Ogre/Troll - Berserkers

Did any other race/class combinations get added to the classic races that i'm unaware of?

Gnome SK was not in classic. Don't know about Gnome Paladin.

Easy way to remember it.... no halfling/gnome hybrids.
