Miscellaneous: Cape of Midnight Mist Unequippable by Shaman Barbarian

Hi, I'm having issues equipping the Cape (http://wiki.project1999.com/Cape_of_Midnight_Mist) on my Shaman Barbarian. I tried searching the forums for similar issues but couldn't find any. Thanks for your time!

Did you try putting it on your NECK where it belongs?
