Game Mechanics: Sirran the Lunatic

Not sure if this works classicly, but I happen to run across this while looking for Sky info for my dev server,

Sirran the Lunatic
He spawns once the "a Thunder Spirit Princess" dies, on the kill spot. Won't attack unless you start chatting with him. Just hailing him is safe. Hand him one Lost Rabbit Foot to get the key of the misplaced (to Azarack Island). Hand him one Tiny Sword to get Key of Swords (to Noble Dojorn Island). He despawns in approximately 22 minutes.

Also it doesn't say anything about attacking a mob near him ( or pets ) will agro him, as it currently does on P99. If its working as intended forget above part..


I understand it says once the thunder spirit dies, but on the webpage below it also says it for the remainder of the PH's for bosses
