![]() Thanks to everyone who came and fought. These massive fights right here is what red99 is, and will be, all about for a good while to come with Velious this close. In regards to this potential, a big issue should be addressed by the server staff and red99 players, with all due respect.
FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW 4/26/15 Karnor's was recently over taken by Empire while multiple other guilds (The Alliance, for short) were attempting contest the raid spawn. The Alliance on the inside, Empire on the outside. The issue: Trains The first wave of Empire died en mass; the casualties on the Alliance were in the single digits until about 16 minutes in, when this happened. http://postimg.org/image/wpjobqdrt/ and the trains only got worse. Trains are a common occurrence in large pvp contests, especially when inside of a dungeon, most time by accident. This, however, was inarguably intentional, and turned what was a legitimate contest for a raid mob into a uphill struggle to failure for the Alliance. The kill feed numbers (YT) for that 30-40mins is an obvious indicator of how victory was accomplished via Empire. I am not for or opposed to training to contest camps. If server guidelines are going to make it a suspension or ban worthy offense though, either enforce the rule or remove it. Velious is not going to do anything other than exacerbate the issue of petition questing. This event in particular should be evaluated. If a group of people are losing mass scale battles because they attempt to uphold server rules, or a group of people aren't being given a proper challenge because their opponents are needlessly hindering themselves, it would be wise to set straight the server rules in respect to the effort and soon to be efforts of all participants.

![]() thank god i've trained my guild to zone out when they're standing next to a zoneline and there are mobs attacking them
this is an advanced PvP tactic; i don't expect anyone else on the server to know of this

![]() Trains were the least of the problems, try having 100 people zone in at once and instantly desync/ go LD in mass pvp. In the corner of right moat there was literally 40 bodies in the same area, it was completely unplayable.

Trains were not a non-factor, and in fact were compounded into a fatal concoction for many players when mixed with the connection issues. Now with that taken into account; the foothold of the alliance was inside with the trains/connection issues. where as the Empire's was outside. Who do you think would suffer more? But beyond the issues of who came out on top, the point to discuss is whether or not training should be made legal

![]() I have this weird feeling that if the resistance had done any training we would have ate several suspensions. That was why we cleared all the mobs in the front half of kc before the fight started.
