Its been a while. Im a level 20 mage still and I've been playing p99 for 6 years.

1.) I see no blade of carnages for sale.
2.) Whats the lowest lvl Velious zone?
3.) Still can't select Vah Shir at character creation.
4.) You mad bro or what?
