Plane of Growth Trash Drops

I will post Magelo logs and some classic quotes a bit later from a computer rather than from my phone. But basically the issue is PoGrowth mobs aren't dropping gems and cash loot with correct frequency.

They should drop "cash drops" about 10% of the time. 1% per drop, among:

Diamond
Blue Diamond
Black Sapphire
Jacinth
Ruby
Ruby Crown
Sapphire Necklace
Star Ruby Earring
Fire Emerald Ring

Currently these are dropping with far less frequency. It's as though it's a 1% drop shared by all the items on this table. Instead of a 10% drop, where each item occupies an equal share of that 10% in likelihood of dropping.

Growth was notorious for a great place to far cash loot for guild banks and resist jewelry gems.
