Indignation is under Raid Suspension From Next 2 Class R Sevs that Indignation is not locked out for, for the following violations of the following raid policy:

• Indignation gets illegal FTE (and kill) on Sev. (3/15) (Next 2 Class R Sev that Indig is not locked out for)

Clarification - Does this mean Indignation can engage in FFA Sev during our suspension?

You can wait for Sirken to clarify but suspensions of that nature are usually class specific (as stated) so you'd definitely be able to engage FFA Sev spawns.
