Won't load past "Loading Character Equipment Files"

I'm new on P99 and I've been able to play a handful of times and but now my client won't load past "Loading Character Equipment Files" after i select the server. Has anyone else dealt with this problem? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

The instruction at 0x02be45b4 referenced memory at 0x037ef0dc. The memory could not be read.
