PL for 54 Ranger

Would prefer Chardok proxy but have reservations from hearing a lot about people camping entrance to grief it and groups wiping a lot lately, so I'm not sure if I want to go that route. Open to other options as well. Currently 40% into 54, looking to negotiate price to get level 55.

Ideal timeframe would be between 9pm and 1am EST. Mondays are unavailable.
