Default Monk mend refresh after zoning

Just checking to see if anyone else has noticed this. Whenever I zone, my mend skill is refreshed(unclicked)... and when I click on it again it says "proper cooldown time not yet met". So I'm curious if it's just my files or if anyone else is noticing this.

nope, I see it too. Also forage, track, sense heading (tho the latter are rather fast). basically seems like the button is always enabled after zoning but the timer is still ticking down from last real press.

zoning just makes skills appear refreshed, when theyre really not. getting the "skill not ready" message will just gray it out til the timers up, i dont believe it resets the timer though, so s'all good.

Being a monk, I figured out that it doesn't reset your timer a while back. It's annoying though, since I spam my Mend when it pops up when I'm not in battle (to skill up, it's a tough one to skill up because of its timer).
