Default Greetings Fellow Adventurers!

I just recently installed and got everything working to play Project 1999! I wanted to take a second and say hello to the community and introduce myself. I started playing EQ during GoD. I have many fond memories of spending hours in zones with friends grinding away to get half a yellow bar!

Im looking forward to the game being focused on that experience of grouping and meeting players and traveling the world instead of just raid raid raid and ohh here is a portal for you to skip 90% of the zones to get where you are going.

I havent decided what I want to play. I have limited playtime, maybe 10-15 hours a week but I am leaning towards a druid. If you have any advice for a new player on this server feel free to share!

Thank you

Lessien

Hi there Lessies! Welcome to the project! My game time is on the lower end of your range, but still running strong after 3 years ^^ Druid is a fantastic choice for a good mix of soloability/groupability on a low playtime character. Good hunting and safe travels!

Today has been the first day that Ive gotten to play really since creating my druid. Im a couple hours in and Im level 3 having a blast. I started as a Half Elf in Qeynos. I decided I wanted to make my way to EC and Ive made it to the entrance of Highpass but there is a gnoll blocking my progression from here. Still havent figured out what Im going to do to get past him but its fun none the less =)
