Right clicking

I just noticed, suddenly out of the blue that about 1/3 to 1/5th of the time that I right click something (to loot it, to cast a clicky, anything) nothing happens. This wasn't happening to me until today. Any thoughts? I know it's happening on at least 2 chars and continuing even after a full reboot.
