Missing sound

I've dug alot looking for a solution for this before posting and im sorry if its been answered before but I don't hear skeletons laugh when fighting. Of all the sounds and isues in the game i can deal with or not concerned with besides hearing this old school sound that had me miss this game and one reason whyi came back to it. Is there a way to get someones soundassests file to see if im missing it? I've found how to REMOVE these sounds but not sure how to add them back in.
