Powerlevel 31-40 (Halfling Warrior)

Im paying well, looking for a bard kiter, or a monk that would slay a bunch of things down to 1% and then I whack em. This monk would need to have fungi, prefer 60 and good gear in order for this PL to work. Thank you!
