Why Is My IP Still Blocked?

After the crazy amount of things we had to do to get on this server, now I have been informed I can not play at the same time as my boyfriend?? Says my IP is temporarily blocked, and i can only log on when he has not been logged in for a significant amount of time.... He was told the ban would go away, but it is still there [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

You can request IP Exemtions for the both of you in the Petitions forum.

The server will always allow only one of you to play at a time, until you get an Exemption.
