![]() The only change that can be made is disbanding Azrael and making a guild where Lite isn't the leader. I bet you would get a lot of people to join you if you did this. Asking people to come back to Lite's guild and then make a change (getting rid of Lite) is backwards.

![]() This is what I would do if I was in Azrael and wanted to get all my pals back.
Think long and hard about why everyone is leaving, you probably already know because it bugs you as well, but you don't like the alternative (holocaust). Pick a new leader and don't let anyone that has harmed Azrael hold officer positions. You can still invite people like Lite in if you guys are all pals but make it clear that the leadership chosen is final and hold people accountable. You may even get a chance to get rid of some people you don't like in Azrael with a net positive number to membership if you attract some old pals back to your guild. Leave the Azrael tag up for people you want to leave behind. There will be people that want to stick with Azrael because it is comfortable but eventually if you do things right the ones you want will follow. You can also use this opportunity to get rid of people you really don't want. If you can create a guild with a good 5-6 core members that take leadership roles in the guild most of your problems would go away. Just make sure they are level headed and fair people. | ||
